  1. Well, you're gonna have to look in some security teghonologies. First off you'll need domaind identification. Then you're gonna have to use https. Yo'll need to study SSL (secure socket layer)...come to think about it that's about it. You might try and use a stronger enccyption algorithm than the https. Something like PGP or anything else, must owrk with a client-server key. That is the client has an encryption key and you server has another (PRIVATE) key to decrypt. But most important you need to teach your users how to avoid thing such as phising or packet sniffers on their network.
  2. There are products, I think norton will do it - you need to enter your personal infrmation first such as credit card number name and address etc then the program will alert you whenever this information is sent over your connection so you can check that it should be bieng sent. More importantly though you should be aware of current scams such as phishing plus do regular spyware and virus scans, make sure personal info is sent over a secure connection and have a different password for all your online accounts, never use your main passwords to sign up for less important things such as yahoo, online forums and order forms for online stores where other people may be able to access your password. Also never write down your passwords on your pc. Finally never tell anyone, not even your friends what your details are - there are other ways of online identity theft that don't require you to be online atall!
  3. ask your bank they will sort it out for your. you pay about £20 per Annam
