If an identity thief steals the identity of a mob federal protection witness, will he be a target for the mob?

Or is his identity safe too?

2. no because when someone steals your identity they dont actually steal your identity they live their days with their own identities, they just use the stolen identity to get credit cards and other thing in those peoples names, but they dont have their addresees and picture on that ID now
3. Now that would be justice in action
