Why would some people for illegal immigrant? How is it fair to the legal immigrants who waited in line.?

I'm all for legal immigration, but not for the illegals. Think about the following and how they impact our lives. 1. They took away the jobs for legal residents, including legal immigrants who just came to this country and waited in line for years. 2. They are the major customers of identify thefts since they all need identities. 3. The tax payers pay for their children's free lunch, free education, and free medicals. 4. They bring down the livable wages and created their own job security since legal American workers can not live on the low wage after all the taxes taken out. 5. They expect everyone to learn Spanish if you want to do business with them. Now if you are not bi-lingual, you can't even compete in the job market in some areas. 6. If you ever ended up in a car accident involving an illegal immigrant, good luck. You better have very good insurance coverage because you will not be able to recover any damages or losses from them. Now think about how benefiting they are.

1. I absolutely agree but you are forgetting who illegal immigrants benefit. They benefit large corporations, businesses and the rich because these people can get their labor so cheaply. Middle class and poor people end up with the illegals in their schools, hospitals and neighborhoods which decreases the quality of education and healthcare and increases the cost of rent and homes. The quickest way to get rid of illegals is to enforce the laws currently on the books against those who hire illegals. Put a few CEOs in jail, fine the heck out of their businesses, and stop giving illegals jobs and they will go home on their own.

3. I completely agree with you. They are ILLEGAL for a reason. Come here legally and I will put out the welcome mat. Other than that, ship them out. I also have the idea of making all illegal immigrants join the military. Send them to Iraq and make them earn the freedom they so desperately want. Serve 4 years in the military, become a legal citizen. No one seems to like that idea though. lol
4. pay attention.. those that want them are either corporate whores or are adhering to liberation theology. Liberation theology is a marxist/socialist ideology that was brought to central america by the Jesuits. It is an evil, vile form of marxism that the catholic church and others ( any christian religion) is adhering to and spreading like wild fire. google it........

ALas, the real difference comes down to a) those who believe law reigns superior. b) those who believe that if I have a sob story to tell, that should supercede the law. I firmly belong to camp A.
6. I think you are right on except for points 1 and 4 Labor is labor and if you can get it cheaper everyone benefits the problem is not the labor but the unfair advantage they get by not paying taxes.
7. I agree. And I think those people who continue to hire the illegals, especially those who know full well they are illegal and do so anyway should be dealt with harshly. Prison, hell deport them too for all I care.

9. i <3 immigrants. they are people and they came for a reason. if anything, we should have better ways of dealing with them and getting them legal.
10. i hate what they are doing and everything, but i dont agree on number 5 and 4. I dont think they have a right to be here, but how do we stop all of them? It'd be a smack in our own faces to place them in our prisions, because our tax dollars pay to keep them alive, and if we send em back to mexico, they come back anyway.

First of all you as everyone else put the bad what about the good i'm not illegal but i know people who are and they are hard working ask for no govt support haven't seen there family in years way more than 8 years and get pay little money they have to buy food pay rent (they also give to the economy) most illegal immigrants earn so little if they did their taxes they would end up getting money ........... i can go on and on

Think about this, this country was founded by illegals people from Ireland, Germany and all those other countries just stomped into the USA and took over so I think people are just scared that all the illegal immigrants will do the same! Know if we would have decent people working on our borders who wouldnt allow them to cross over just because they get paid a couple hundred dollars we wouldnt even be discussing this!
14. the us government as we all know of is a business so through trial and error they will learn untill the illegal immigration laws are enforced to many people are confused/brainwashed or stupid to the fact that this is not a real issue,and untill it goes away it wont benefit any one certain group of people or race whatever.its about economics,too much outsourcing and not equal or better coming in, spells a depression. you will ultimately have way too much competition and less demand since alot of factorys are movin to mexico/china elsewhere
