- Police blotter Tuesday, July 20, 2010 @ 4:16PMNarcotics Violations: On July 12, a Tomball Police Department officer arrested an 18-year-old Hockley man for Possession of Marijuana. At approximately 8:40 p.m., the officer conducted a traffic stop in the 28400 block of Tomball Pkwy. Upon initial contact, the officer observed a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana thrown from the vehicle into the grass.
